Before dispatch, confirm the registered shipping company and delivery instructions with B13. Our delivery commitment is to your nominated shipping company in the UAE.

Manage onward shipping
Onward shipping is 100% your responsibility. Arrange the shipping service, charges, insurance, customs requirements and final delivery directly with your shipping company.

Receive your delivery record
After delivery to your registered UAE shipping company, B13 emails the delivery note and updates the order's delivery status on the website. Keep the note for your shipment records.

Payment must be received within 2 working days after order confirmation for both USA / UK pre-order stock and Dubai warehouse stock. If payment is delayed, availability and quantities may change; ask B13 to reconfirm before paying.
How long does stock delivery take?+
USA / UK pre-order stock delivery takes a maximum of 7 working days. Dubai warehouse stock delivery is within 2 working days. Your confirmation specifies the schedule and starting date; onward shipping from your UAE shipper is arranged separately.
Who is responsible for shipping?+
Provide your shipper agreement and nominated UAE shipping company during registration. B13 delivers to that registered company in the UAE. Onward shipping is 100% your responsibility, including charges, insurance, customs requirements and final delivery.
